Sonia Kashuk Knock Out Beauty Smokey Eye Brush Set
I purchased the Sonia Kashuk knock out beauty smokey eye brush set at Target a few weeks back. I pulled the brushes out of the box and then forgot about them so here we go. The main reason why I wanted this set in the first place was because I wanted to purchase the precision pencil brush which is about $13 or $14 dollars on its own. This set was on clearance for $13.98 so to me this set was a better deal. This set came with 6 brushes. The large eye shadow brush, angled crease brush, blending brush, angled liner brush, small eye shadow brush and the precision pencil brush.
If you want to purchase this set I do believe it is still available online. The best part is that it's cheaper now. The last time I checked it was $9.98 on Target while I purchased mine for $13.98. You get a better deal.
All the brushes feel super soft. If I read correctly these brushes are made with goat hair. So if you don't like animal products DO NOT BUY. Funny thing about this set is that angled liner brush in my set has a white hair. I didn't see it until I brought it home. Washed it just in case but I have not fully and completely put these brushes to the test. Feel free to stick around to see how I feel about them once I use them a few more times.

Ulta Beauty: Show your style
I posted my new hair cut yesterday and I needed something for it so I picked up this set. It's called the Show Your Style kit. I purchased it at Ulta for $9.99. It contains five products to "create your own style with volume, texture, and shine."
I have not used any of the items yet. I'm pretty sure though that I will enjoy them. I did take the photos at night so excuse the horrible lighting.

New Beauty Test Tube - March/April 2014
I am finally back to blogging! I've been a little busy with my new job and settling down so forgive me. But....because I got a new job I decided it was time for a new subscription box so I signed up for the New Beauty Test Tube. If you don't already know what it is CLICK HERE to read their FAQ.
March/April 2014 was my first box with New Beauty Test Tube and I was pretty excited for it. New Beauty Test Tube sends out their subscriptions every other month for $29.95. If you can't justify spending that much on a bi-monthly subscription wait until you see the contents of my tube. You will be blown away.
First thing I pulled out was the Pevonia Botanica item. It says on the bottle that it is an "age-defying marine collagen cream." I honestly don't use anything like this so maybe I'll pass this on to my mom.

I opened the Beauty To Go bag first just because it was already ripped.
Next is a baby sample perfume by Memoire Liquide in 'Vacances Liquide'.
The foil packet is a sample of the Rodial Stemcell super-food facial oil.
The last sample is philosophy's full of promise restoring cream. I found this floating around in the box since the bag it was in ripped.
The first item that's actually a part of the new beauty test tube is the It Cosmetics Heavenly Luxe Powder Brush. This alone retails for $48.
Now onto the actual contents of the New Beauty Test Tube
CAN YOU SEE ALL THE GOODIES?!
Obviously the first item I pulled out had to be the It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Lite.
This is also a full size and it is a Mally liquid lipstick. This alone retails for $29.
It took me a little to pull this out but its a small size of Tarte's Pure Maracuja Oil.
A mini GlamGlow sample.
Sample of Grande Mascara
Full size Orly Polish in Haute Red. Retails for $8
Sample of Lumene Pure Radiance Night Cream.
The last item I pulled out is the Bioxidea Miracle 48.
This tube retails well over $29.95 so I think my money was well spent.

Haul: PrettyandCute.com
Excuse my sons curious hands. He was intrigued by the pink Styrofoam peanuts. I couldn't keep him away long enough to take a photo.
Quick overview of my purchase. Not a huge one but I got plenty of items that I've been eyeing.
These are the sample that I was sent. Not too bad if I do say so myself.
This is my most exciting purchase. I saw Janie who is the owner of PrettyandCute.com post a quick review on this so I picked it up. This is the Holika Holika Soda PoreCleansing B.B Deep Cleansing Oil. It's basically a cleansing oil.
This is the Lioele Blackhead Clear. If you've ever tried the Biore strips for your nose than this is exactly like that. Instead of it being on a little strip is in a bottle an you just squirt it on to a cotton pad and leave it on your nose.
This is the Lioele Pore Clean & Tightening Pack. Since I purchased the Blackhead Clear to clean out my pores I purchased this to close up my pores afterwards.
This was a random purchase. It is the Holika Holika Aqua Splash Toner. It was in the clearance section and I have never used a toner so I purchased it to try it out.
That is everything I purchased from prettyandcute. If you would like a review then comment and I will try to do that. Thank you all for checking my post and I will see you all later.
