Mini Target Dollar Spot Haul

I picked up a few things from Target the other day from the dollar section when I went couponing. I didn't get much but I just wanted to show you the cute stuff I got.

I picked up this cute stationary set for $3. Super cute! I basically only bought it for the floral page flags though. I have an obsession with floral print. So you'll probably seeing alot of that in Spring. Especially with my plan with me posts.

I also bought this set. This was also $3. I mainly got it for the bottom half of the set and it screamed my name when I saw it.

I feel like these are post its that I can use all the time in my planner so this was a good deal in my opinion. If you've found anything that might catch my eyes definitely comment with a photo.

Target Dollar Spot

I found a few of the new holiday dollar spot items a few others so I just wanted to drop in and show you all what I got. I am sorry about not posting as I'm getting swamped with finals and projects. Thanks for understanding.

If you are familiar with the Halloween washi tapes that were shaped like spiders and skulls then this exactly the same. But instead of being glittery skulls and spiders this one in particular is a green foiled Christmas tree cut out.

I found these three super cute Christmas themed sticker books. If you can't find the Rudolph sticker book check the kids section of the dollar spot. That is where I found mine. The other two sticker books I found just this past weekend.

Last things I found were these sticky flags. Super excited about finding the Christmas themed ones because they were literally the last ones that were way at the bottom and furthest from the front. I would like to think that I scored because I don't normally get lucky and find any of the holiday items. What did you find at your target. Leave a comment so I can try and hunt them down too.

Target Deal

Coupon Alert to all you coupon ladies! I was at target today and picked up a goodie. I could have gotten a better deal but sadly I forgot to print an extra coupon so I didn't get the best deal but I wanted to tell you guys about it.

Gain flings and I believe Tide pods in the 35 count are on sale for $9.99. If you buy 2 you get a $5 gift card. If you use Targets Cartwheel App there's a 5% off offer. I printed off a $2.00 off Gain flings 23 count or larger from FreeFlys. I had a $3.00 off one Gain flings or Tide pods 42 count or larger that I left in my car. I was supposed to print another $2.00 off coupon from freeflys before I went to the store but forgot. Since I live 45 minutes away from Target, I obviously was not going to be able to get another coupon. I guess I wasn't meant to get the best deal. That is why I felt I had to inform you all.

Scenario 1:
Buy two Gain flings or Tide pods 35 count. $9.99 x 2 = $19.98
Use 2 $2.00 off coupons from Freeflys. ($2.00 x 2 = $4.00)
$19.98 - $4.00 = $15.98
Get back a $5 gift card
$15.98 - $5.00 = 10.98

The scenario isn't even including the 5% off offer from the cartwheel app.

Plan with me + Target Haul

I've been going crazy as of late. So I'm sorry I haven't been posting as much as I normally do. I should be getting back to normal soon. Only four more weeks until finals!

Anyways...I thought since I have been MIA for longer than a week I thought I should still show you my planner for last week + this weeks plan.

PLAN WITH ME!

Last weeks was pretty plain. I didn't really have time to play with it much so there's not much to it. But if you look closely on Wednesday I put my sticker on the bottom third up side down...

This week I planned it pretty plain too. Definitely has a Thanksgiving vibe though. Went with leaves to get that Autumn feeling. I also stuck to a lot of orange. Colors that remind of fall.

 TARGET HAUL

All my goodies I purchased a few weeks back. Gotta love clearance and the dollar spot. Even though it is no longer called "the dollar spot" it's okay. We all still know it as the dollar spot.

I got this set at the dollar spot for $3. You get the usual stickers, page flags, and recently they've been adding these small little magnetic bookmarks or whatever you want to call them.

I got the set of pens for either $1 or $3. I'm not sure anymore since it's been a while. I really like the blue and gold gel pens but the light blue one is actually like a lime green color. I can barely even see what I'm writing when I'm writing. Even afterwards I still feel like I can't read it.

I also picked up these super adorable sticky flags. I love penguins if you didn't know so I HAD to pick these up no matter what. I don't think I found any of the big sticky notes but when I do...I think I might just pick the all up.

The last thing I picked up because they were super cute were these set of 4 glass magnets. They were on clearance with all the Halloween items. They were originally $1 each but I got them for .30 cents each. The magnets aren't that great but they are just going on my fridge to hold up my kids drawings from school.

My next post may be a drag, just FYI. I'm having a horrible experience with a company and debating if I should post it on here if the matter ever gets resolved. Anyways, thank you for stopping by.

Mini Target/Michaels Haul

This past Friday I went and ended up picking up a few things. I intended to go to Target and pick up the super adorable candy dishes that I was seeing all over youtube. And yes, youtube made me buy it. On a serious note I found them all. If I'm correct there was 5 but I only picked up 4. They were $3 each if you were wondering.
 Jack-o-lantern candy dish

 Cat candy dish

 Ghost candy dish

Cauldron candy dish

The last one that I found but didn't purchase was the mummy candy dish which looked similar to the cauldron dish. The cauldron to me is the only one I can see myself using year round. I ended up passing on the mummy because I felt like eventually (after Halloween) I'm going to be putting away the other three. In my head it made sense not to get them all.

After Target I made a quick voyage to Michaels (three stores down). I saw a few youtubers picking Autumn/Spring and gold/silver foil type paper pads so I wanted to check them out. Sadly I couldn't find the gold/silver paper pads that I saw on youtube. There were gold/silver paper pads but not the ones I saw or anything that caught my eyes. So I kind of passed on those. The ones I did get were more Spring colors but with Autumn patterns.

I bought 4 paper pads for $5.99 each. I also took advantage of Michael's 25% off of your entire purchase. So I basically ended up getting all 4 of the paper pads for less than the full price of 1 of them. Can you say STEAL!

 Craft Smith Southern Charm

Craft Smith Honeydew

This paper pad had a few gold foiled pages but I didn't take any photos. Sorry. It kept flashing back and I couldn't get a good photo of the foiled. Please forgive me.

Recollections Fall at the Park

I mainly bought this for the fox page but I didn't notice until I got home to further inspect it that there was only 1 page. This paper pad book is kind of weird in the sense that there were multiples of 1 page and others there were only 1 or 2. I'm not so sure since I think this is my first Recollections paper pad.

Craft Smith Fall Embossed

The embossing on the pages is the main reason I bought this paper pad. I intend to turn some of these pages into my planner cover. Whenever I get the free time to.

That is all I picked up. Hope to see you in my next post.

Sonia Kashuk Knock Out Beauty Smokey Eye Brush Set

I purchased the Sonia Kashuk knock out beauty smokey eye brush set at Target a few weeks back. I pulled the brushes out of the box and then forgot about them so here we go. The main reason why I wanted this set in the first place was because I wanted to purchase the precision pencil brush which is about $13 or $14 dollars on its own. This set was on clearance for $13.98 so to me this set was a better deal. This set came with 6 brushes. The large eye shadow brush, angled crease brush, blending brush, angled liner brush, small eye shadow brush and the precision pencil brush.

If you want to purchase this set I do believe it is still available online. The best part is that it's cheaper now. The last time I checked it was $9.98 on Target while I purchased mine for $13.98. You get a better deal.

All the brushes feel super soft. If I read correctly these brushes are made with goat hair. So if you don't like animal products DO NOT BUY. Funny thing about this set is that angled liner brush in my set has a white hair. I didn't see it until I brought it home. Washed it just in case but I have not fully and completely put these brushes to the test. Feel free to stick around to see how I feel about them once I use them a few more times.

What I purchased from Target

Hey guys! I found two really cute tops from Target. I originally was going to wait for my Romwe order but I can't wait anymore.
Bought this cute Mossimo top on clearance for $8. It's super cute! I'm amazed I actually found a long sleeve top on clearance so early in the season. It's super soft and compfy.
As you can see the top is rather long. I goes well beyond covering my buttocks. It's a little oversized but with a pair of leggings, boots, and maybe a belt...I think this would be the cutest outfit.
This top is also super cute. Grey with yellow stripes, boat neck, and 3/4 sleeves. This top is also long enough to cover my buttocks. I also paid around $8 for this too.

I feel like I haven't shopped at Target in forever. The last time I actually purchased clothes from Target was when I was still living in Wisconsin. Which was about 8 or 9 years ago. Pretty long time but I'm happy to rediscover Target and their clothes!
