Haul: American Eagle & Forever21

I have a pretty big clothing haul for you guys today! I normally don't haul clothing but I think the deals I got are just too good to not say anything. I made three separate orders at two different online stores. The first being Forever21 and the second being American Eagle. I did use ebates.com so I received 2.0% cashback for all my purchases.

My first purchase was from Forever21 and it was a small one. I told myself this was going to be my only clothing purchase. Obviously it didn't work out but I'll start off with what I purchased at Forever21.

This cardigan is actually the only reason I was placing this order. I don't remember who it was I saw wearing a cardigan like from sheinside that was $30 but honestly I was not about to buy a cardigan for $30. After some searching I found this on Forever21's website on sale for only $18.99. I ended up picking up 2 of them and I'm super excited for having them. They are super soft and snuggle-y.
These are a pair of distressed skinny jeans that were on sale from the plus size section. If you didn't know then yes, I am bottom heavy and I wear plus size jeans. They were on sale for $12.99 but I saved an extra $1.30 making them $11.69 because ebates had a code to save 10% off all plus size clothes.
Th last item I purchased from Forever21 are these zippered coated leggings. They are matte and I should have purchased them in a larger size. They fit but are a little snug so I hope with some wear they will stretch and fit a little better than they do now. I purchased these at full price for $13.80. To me it's kind of expensive for a pair of leggings but I was in need of a pair of matte faux leather leggings so at the same time its justifiable.

Now on to what I purchased at American Eagle. Like stated above I wasn't going to make a purchase but since American Eagle was having their friends and family sale I ended up picking up a few things. Almost everything I ordered was from their sale section except one item but I'll get into that later. So, basically if you purchased from the sale/clearance section then you were saving about 60%. No one can really pass up 60% can they?
My most boring purchase and most expensive from my first order is this metallic knit beanie. Even after my 30% off it still came out to be $13.99. I'm in need of a beanie anyways so I can some what justify this purchase since it's getting really chilly here in Arkansas.
This tank is a very basic piece but none the less a must have for every wardrobe. I paid only $5.03 for this.
This lace paneled peplum tank I got for $6.29. Very cute and I love the lace detailing on it.
This here is the happy hour t-shirt. The front of the shirt looks like a normal t-shirt but the back has this cute sheer backside. I paid $10.49 for this shirt but it was too cute to pass up.
These white pair of jeans were from my first order. After all my discounts I paid only $12.59 for them. The blue ones were also $12.59 but they were super cute. I love the embroidered design.
The white and the blue jean farthest to the right are the same jeans from the picture above. The jegging all the way to the left I paid $14.69 for. Nothing special but I need a few more pairs of jeans, jeggings, leggings, in my life so I picked that up. I picked up the second jean from the right as I was in need of a dark wash jean. I no longer have any that fit me so I picked that up for $14.69 also.
The last item I picked up were these really cute lace detailed shorts. I paid only $6.29 which in my mind is pretty good. I love how it kind of fringes at the bottoms so I'm in love.
I think I did exceptionally good. My first American Eagle purchase came up to $101.95 and after the 30% off, I only paid $53.23. My second American Eagle purchase retailed for $114.96 but I only paid $53.03.  I am pretty happy with my entire haul and I can not wait to start wearing everything. Thanks for reading I'll see you guys later!

Freebies: PINCHme.com

If you love freebies then you are going to love this new site I found. It's called PINCHme.com. Basically all you do is sign up. Every few weeks they bring new products in for you to choose from. You take your pick and they send it out. I received mine in less than 2 weeks. Not too bad for a freebie as most of them can take up to 6 weeks. You then try out the product, go back on to the website and review the item. Remember to review them within the time period that they give. If I'm correct they give you about a month or less to review the products. After that you get rewarded for review the products which is basically points for giveaways and stuff like. If you do not review within the given time period then you don't get your reward points.
Anyways, I received my PINCHme box today and I am super excited. I choose two items. The first is the Honey Bunches of Oats Greek Cereal. This obviously isn't a full size cereal box but its enough for one person.
NET WT 1.5 OZ(42G)
The second product I picked out is the Rimmel London Scandaleyes Lycra Flex Mascara. This happens to be a full size mascara in the color black which I am super excited to try but I don't know if I'm going to try it just yet because I have so many other mascaras open right now.
As a whole I am super excited for these items but also this site. I cannot wait to get another box!

Review & Swatches: Maybelline LE Gilded In Gold Collection

This year Maybelline came out with the best thing ever to hit drugstores and they are the limited edition color tattoos from the Gilded In Gold Collection. If you don't know already then this holiday collection has three limited edition color tattoos. All of which are matte shades!
 **CLICK PHOTOS TO ENLARGE**

I know a lot of ladies compare these to MAC paint pots but honestly I don't know. I do not own any paint pots so I'm not even go to go there and start comparing. I couldn't find these in my local stores so I found a lady on a facebook group who had found them and was willing to ship them to me. All I paid was the price of the tattoos and shipping charges, so thank you Tiffany if you're reading this. Anyways, the three shades in the collection are in the colors 255 Just Beige, 250 Nude Pink, and 260 Matte Brown (from left to right shown in photos).

I think the shade I was most excited about and tried on the instant I received them was the shade in Just Beige. To me, Just Beige is a warm concealer shade but with an added bonus of being long wearing and water proof.
Nude pink is more of a muted, pale, lilac shade rather than a pink color. In the pot it looks more like a mauve-y, dusty, pink so the shade in the pot versus the actual shade you get when applied are different but it is none the less a very gorgeous shade. Great base for purple smokey eyes or any kind of pinky purple look.
The last of the three shades is Matte Brown. Obviously by the name I'm pretty sure you can tell that the color tattoo is matte brown. Off topic but this shade reminds me a lot of smeared chocolate or coco powder when swatched.

I love the Maybelline Color Tattoos as a whole but I think I am going to favor this collection a lot more than the rest of the shades that I already own. These shades are just as long wearing and water proof as any other shade. I did a swatch test just to see how long the shades would last and they stayed put for about a good 18-24 hours on my hand. They went through 2 showers, dish washing, cooking, cleaning, and farm work so these are definitely a must have for any makeup junkie.

REVIEW: Rimmel London Stay Matte Liquid Mousse Foundation

Hey, guys so if you watched my stay matte voxbox unboxing then you probably know that I was sent this from Influenster a few weeks ago and I have been trying it out. I initially said that the shade was a little light but after a few uses I noticed it was actually not too bad. A few more weeks in to fall/winter and it will be the perfect shade match.

On the card that came along with the foundation, Rimmel claims the foundation to be "a breakthrough feather light, oil free formula with an airy mousse texture that's comfortable on your skin, never heavy or greasy. Your new beauty staple that delivers all day shine control and blends flawlessly for a natural looking matte finish, all while minimizing the appearance of pores."
You can't really tell from the swatch but the foundation really is an airy mousse texture. This is about a penny size amount and even then it was too much product for one application. I didn't even use all of this to cover my face. I applied this with my beauty blender so it gave me a light to medium coverage. I am pretty sure if you just slapped this on with a regular foundation brush or stipple brush and buff this in it could be a medium to full coverage foundation. I did notice that while using the beauty blender I could slightly build up the coverage in problem areas without it looking cake-y. For example I built up and covered around my chin where I've been having little break outs here and there and the foundation covered it up nicely.
I'm not person who wears foundation on a daily basis so I did find that when I applied this all over my face it did feel kind of heavy and a little bit greasy. However, when I only applied it like how I would normally apply my foundation just around problem areas, around my nose, and under my eyes it didn't feel greasy or heavy and it was actually pretty comfortable. I have bigger pores right next to my nose and I noticed that with using this foundation it covered the pores nicely but it didn't do as great for the pores on my nose.

The wear time of this foundation isn't the longest but also not the shortest. It did make it though the day which for most people would be an 8 hour work day. So I think this would be a decent foundation for oily skin but not so much for dry skin. Since it's been getting chilly my skins been acting up and getting really dry. I noticed that on some days this foundation did cling to and accentuate the dryness of my skin. For my combination ladies I would recommend a good primer so that the foundation doesn't cling on to your dry patches.

That pretty much wraps up my review for this foundation. If you would like a review of anything from my recent hauls then comment and I will add it to my to do list. Be on the look out as I might end up doing a video and posting it on my youtube instead of blogging about it on here. Thanks for checking my blog and I'll talk to you guys next time.

Haul: PrettyandCute.com

I have another haul for you guys today. I know I've been hauling like crazy this month but that's only because I'm on a no buy this month. Or at least I'm trying to. I made this purchase last week some time and it came in the mail so I thought it would be something different since I don't really haul skincare items. If you didn't know prettyandcute.com was having a 25% off sale on all of their Korean skincare items so I took advantage of it. I wish I could have purchased a few more items but I forgot about them until after I made my purchase. Anyways, I am pretty satisfied with my order so lets get to hauling!

Excuse my sons curious hands. He was intrigued by the pink Styrofoam peanuts. I couldn't keep him away long enough to take a photo.

Quick overview of my purchase. Not a huge one but I got plenty of items that I've been eyeing.
These are the sample that I was sent. Not too bad if I do say so myself.
This is my most exciting purchase. I saw Janie who is the owner of PrettyandCute.com post a quick review on this so I picked it up. This is the Holika Holika Soda PoreCleansing B.B Deep Cleansing Oil. It's basically a cleansing oil.
This is the Lioele Blackhead Clear. If you've ever tried the Biore strips for your nose than this is exactly like that. Instead of it being on a little strip is in a bottle an you just squirt it on to a cotton pad and leave it on your nose.
This is the Lioele Pore Clean & Tightening Pack. Since I purchased the Blackhead Clear to clean out my pores I purchased this to close up my pores afterwards.
This was a random purchase. It is the Holika Holika Aqua Splash Toner. It was in the clearance section and I have never used a toner so I purchased it to try it out.

That is everything I purchased from prettyandcute. If you would like a review then comment and I will try to do that. Thank you all for checking my post and I will see you all later.

Haul: Sephora Friends and Family

I am pretty sure you all know that Sephora had their friends and family sale that ended last week. I waited till the last day to make my purchase as I wasn't even planing on making a purchase until I remembered that Sephora has most of the Holiday kits up for sale. Since I was already getting 20% percent off I used Ebates to get an additional 4% cash back so I thought "why not?". I did pick up a few other items along the way but none the less I am excited for everything.

My order came on Wednesday but I didn't have time to blog so it is a little late. My husbands been gaming too so I haven't been able to upload pictures as fast as I would like either. I do have to warn you that this post is pretty picture heavy so if you don't like that I am sorry. Now, on to the haul.

As always with sephora packaging theres sample on the top with your invoice. I received a sample of Givenchy Mister Light, Clarins Double Serum, Korres Greek Yoghurt and a sample of a boscia moisturizer.

Heres a quick overview of all the items I purchased. Minus the birthday present from Sephora.
I am pretty sure everyone who loves Sephora knows how the benefit samples look like. But if you don't already know then here's a quick look at what you get. Included is a mini Benefit they're Real mascara and a mini Watts Up.
I know a lot of people were excited for this face palette but I'm on the fence about it. I don't own any NARS blushes other than one of their eyeshadows but I am going to hold on to this palette and try it out anyways.
The only thing I have to say about this item is that I don't know what's what. The only thing I do know is that the bronzer on the bottom left hand corner is Laguna. On the back of the packaging it list all the names of the products included but I honestly don't know which ones Orgasm, Deep Throat, Goulue, Devotee, or Mistinguette. I think the top right hand corner is Orgasm and the one under that is Deep Throught but I'm not sure. Basically, unless you're a die hard fan of NARS you'll probably be like me and not know which one's which.
This was a random item I added because I wanted to try them and it is the Make Up For Ever Ever Lasting Liners set. This set includes three full size aqua eye liners in 0L which is the black, 25L which is a brown and 3L which is a navy blue. It also comes with three mini liners in 23L which is a flesh tone shade, 20L a forest green and 11L a deep plum purple.
I found it odd that it came packaged this way. Don't you? The liners where just folded up in black tissue paper and then thrown inside the box. However, I am still super excited to try these.
This bad boy here is the Too Faced Loves Sephora palette. If I am correct I think this came out last holiday but it was on sale for only $39 which was originally priced at $52. It was too good of a deal for me to pass up so I added it to my cart.
This palette includes 10 shadows, two bronzers, a blush, a mini blush brush, and a mini of their shadow insurance. All this for $39, 20% off of that, and an additional 4% cash back is a deal buster for me.
My last item is my main item that I am most excited for. It is the Tarte cheek palette. If you follow my blog then you know that I made a Tarte order a few months ago. Well my son recently decided to play with my blush stash and broke all my Tarte blushes so this was my only option to get the most bang for my buck and get to try a few more of their blushes.
The palette came with super cute bow bracelet/cuff which is almost too small to fit my wrist. Super cute packaging always gets me so good job Tarte!
The blushes included are in the shades Crave, Dazzled, Darling, and Dollface. The last one is actually their bronzer in Park Ave Princess. Crave is a coral-y pink, Dazzled is a sparkly mauve-y shade bordering a berry color, Darling is a medium coral-peach and Dollface is a bright pink. Park Ave Princess is a matte brown that seems like a shade between a deep brown and a medium brown.

That is all for my haul! I hope you enjoyed my quick post and I will be doing reviews of these items in the future so look out for them.
